After a wild night, dancing insanely and replacing a 65% of the water of your bodies for a 100% of alcohol; definitely you'll wake up with the worst hangover ever!
Hangover is like a curse that will haunt you no matter what you do. However, you should know how to tolerate and calm it like it was a baby.Getting insanely drunk is not the only cause of hangover. That cheap kind of alcohol you drink is great reason as well. Even if you don't drink too much, you're still waking up with hangover. That's just because the cheap drink you're taking has a really low quality. Finally, your hangover intensity will depend on how much you drank of that cheap thing.
Another reason why hangover happens comes as a result of mixing different kinds of alcoholic drinks. For example, mixing vodka and white wine with rum is synonymous with losing your mind and a 99% percent of chance to act ridiculously. It happens because the composition of each drink is totally different. It also happens that your prayers have been answered, so I'll help with decreasing the number of your hangovers even when you're an alcoholic. That's because a good sleep is the key to less hangover. If you sleep enough then you'd not feel as bad as it would've been if you had woken up early in the morning. Nonetheless, you're still waking up with hangover. Then you'll fall asleep again and once you wake up for the second time I'll tell you: Good Night!
2. Drink lots of water, your mouth may be dry and water is what you need to expulse that toxicity inside you. So worry because the only part of your body that may explode if you don't do this will be your liver.
3.Take a shower, start with warm water and finish it with cold water. Remember, your blood is boiling because you're so intoxicated that you need to make up your body heat.
4. It would be perfect eating salads. Vegetables are healthy, they'll help you recover and at the same time refresh your mouth taste. My favorite is Nicoise salad!
